We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Coverage IQ purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us and we will help process the refund through Paddle.
Subscriptions
For Pro subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Refunds for the most recent renewal can be requested within the 30-day window above.
